After two months of dietary supplements consumption, subjects in group (A) showed a statistically significant improvement in the calculated fatigue scores, the anti-inflammatory marker (IL-10), catalase enzyme, MDA and SOD (p < 0.05). While participants in group (B) consuming clover honey unfortified showed an improvement in the MDA serum level and FSS fatigue score (p < 0.05). Furthermore, the haemoglobin level increased numerically in both group but without statistical significance difference (p > 0.05), moreover, there was no effect on fasting blood sugar level in both groups (p > 0.05).
