Abstract

A Series of nanosized Co0.3Mn0.7Fe2O4 system was prepared by using combustion method with different amounts of white egg as biofuel. The structural and morphological characteristics of the prepared system were achieved by using XRD and TEM techniques. The optical and electrical properties of the synthesized system were determined. The results showed that CoMnFe solids have nanocrystalline phase with a cubic spinel structure. TEM study revealed that the average particle size of the previous system ranged in nano scale.Additionally, the electric properties such as direct current electrical conductivity, alternating current electrical conductivity and dielectric constant were studied in the frequency range from 42 Hz to 1MHz with a temperature range from room temperature upto 125oC.Various results were set to determine the optimum content of biofuel to have system with maximum capacity to be used as a candidate for electrodes on super capacitor applications.
